Based on your mockup, I'd use bookshelf speakers for L & R, angled accordingly. Center can be another or the horizontal center. what bookshelf would you recommend, for 150 watts x ch amp The B1's. They should image much better than a center channel used for L/R. Just make sure you have a sub or 3 as you'll need them regardless (the more subs the better for HT).

Hey.... pricing and availability.... Those sound vaguely like questions that sales staff might spend more time answering!! Nick - I appreciate the time you do spend answering questions, throwing hints and posting photos. I don't think you get enough credit. Sorry I meant pricing and availability on the 5125. We had it on everything else. Thanks Jim!

Now this is what I would want for a bedroom system. Small, all black and fit the budget. Bedroom system, I would only use three front speakers. You can not get good sound from those tiny centers and that one looks just about the right size to sound good and fit in a small system no matter where you put it. The BasX demo had the LCR and SATs being powered by the A5125 amp and the MC-700 along with 2 BasX S12 subs and it rocked. You could put together a really good surround system running 5.1 for a smaller room or second system. I would have loved to get this stuff as my first surround gear. Is it best to pair the SATs with a single LCR? Do the SATs and LCRs have different sound signatures? I have received three of the LCRs and I'm not impressed with how they perform with music and I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice in using three of the LCRs.
