I hit my bandwidth cap about 3 times a year +/-. I get two months of overages free from comcast, but I do hate those caps. It's the major downside of cord cutting as the data usage jumps up.

No Bluetooth or any other type of streaming, I'm out. How they didn't even consider this is beyond me? With today's technology for streaming, this should be one of the first things looked at in my opinion. I was looking forward to this.

Most of us are satisfied with having streaming in every single object plugged into the pre pros as the source. To me it would be unnecessary and redundant while also increasing cost. I think it’s better to choose the best streamer or Bluetooth that fits your needs and use that in the chain. Seems crazy to me that it could be a deal breaker with a smart remote and zero hassle.

Then there’s the side that says ‘why should I pay extra for a feature I won’t use?’. Not sure which model you were considering, but the thinking with the RMC-1 is to customize it with the add on modules you want or need, the streaming module has a lot of supporters.

On top of that if they don’t offer amazon prime, Netflix, hbo now, etc without leaving a single one of your streaming apps then that would be the only way it isn’t a waist of money for people. Seems to me it would just be a lot easier to use a streamer you know has everything you need. It doesn’t make sense to me to buy a trinnov for streaming.

With today's technology for streaming, this should be one of the first things looked at in my opinion. I was looking forward to this. They are going to offer an expansion module that is a thin client streamer. They also have talked that this module would be available as a stand alone device in its own box. Net, don't give up hope yet. Mark

With AppleTV's and ChromeCast devices, and other network streamers that will invariably have significantly more features available, I'm not sure why there's even a market for this.
