All the Harry Potter movies back to back When I finally broke down and bought this set, it took me months to finally make it through all of them. I should do a binge watch of these so I can put it all together since I really don't remember the full story line.

If you saw my last two movies from yesterday, naturally this is what's up for me this evening!

We saw the original and then ended up buying it (Pitch Black) 20 years ago when it came out, then watched Chronicles of Riddick just a year or two later. It had been so long I couldn’t even remember the film. “Chronicles” and Dark Fury became available for streaming on Netflix, so we’re watching them over the next few nights. Chronicles of Riddick just blew me away with the presentation…..picture and sound rivals and actually blew away Lots of the new sci-fi film that’s out there.

I remember seeing this movie back in high school, it was one of those movies that I really enjoyed the music so I bought the soundtrack. Anyhow, a 1984 grainy film that has been cleaned up, nicely remastered. video is Dolby Vision and was pleasantly surprised to have a Dolby Atmos audio track. Also a slew of well known actors/actresses: Michael Pare, Diane Lane, Willem Dafoe, Rick Moranis, Amy Madigan, Debra Van Valkenburgh, Rick Rossovich, Bill Paxton, Richard Lawson, Ed Begley Jr., Lee Ving, etc.,etc., etc. They were mostly at the beginnings of their respective careers in this movie, some more readily known, but all recognizable.

Received this today a day early(release day tomorrow). Fifteen year old movie, but was a favorite of mine so naturally I had to have the 4K uhd-bluray. Dolby Vision definitely improves the video, though I wished the DTS-HD MA 5.1(very good audio track) had been updated to DTS:X / Dolby Atmos. Neural:X does a great job of matrixing the surrounds and heights. Another movie loaded with a slew of actors, quite a few of them highly well known.

Watched this over the weekend and liked it a lot. Great cast and the disc satisfied with both video and audio. Liked it enough to order its cousin in 4K.

Rewatched Top Gun Maverick this past weekend and I’m still thoroughly impressed with my HT system! What a great investment it has been!

Surprisingly good and creepy! At first, I thought how many more times are they going to beat exorcism to death, and yet this was done well…..very well indeed! scary and entertaining.

There was supposed to be a fourth and final movie to this series, quite disappointing that it never materialized. I have the 4K uhd-bluray set that Walmart put out after the 3rd movie. The video and audio were well done. If you haven't seen the 2nd movie, "Insurgent", it's worth a watch.

First watched Darkest Hour... Then decided to watch Dunkirk as a follow up Quite a "one-two punch"...pun intended. Not only did Dunkirk seem a bit of a sequel to Darkest Hour, the punch Nolan creates with the bass track is sometimes scary. I learned I shouldn't set anything on my subs while watching a Nolan movie!
