Perhaps, the best solution is to educate the end-user to understand the value of this data and document how to USE the powerful tools you have built into the system. This would put the UMC-1 in greater demand once people find out about the numerous advanced tools inherent in its design. This. I know enough to be dangerous right now. I think the videos are a step in the right direction. Let's be honest, though. The manual is still not finalized and would benefit from a bit more tweaking explanation, IMO. Many of the descriptions of settings are lists, which I could find by looking at the actual menu. It tells you what the settings are, but not what they do, or why I might want to pick one over another. For the record, my UMC arrives tomorrow. Once I get it hooked up and running, the next plan is to learn REW. I'd be highly disappointed if EmoQ was lost, as this was my most anticipated feature. I always wanted to try something like the SMS-1 or Anti-Mode 8033 but never had the budget.

The internet has taught people to go online, anonymously, and rant and rave about any little thing. I can vouch for the fact that we've talked to people over the phone who were polite and reasonable, and then, immediately thereafter, they use their 'alter egos' online and slam us. It's quite unsettling.
As I sad before, we've even had people use aliases when contacting us, to disguise who they really were.

Anyone unhappy with their UMC can return it for a full refund. So far as I know, we've had one return.
