This is starting to bother me. More then one that has been contacted with an ETA that are after me on the list... Ok, I'm the new guy here but then I just want to re-state something that got the other I am waiting thread locked. If you think you have been skipped, wronged or whatever CALL the company you want to spend money with to see what's up. No one here can answer that for you. Thank you for that captain obvious! Not looking for an answer from the forum members on when I will have my UMC. I do however expect an answer from the company when I contact them via email, due to time difference email is the easiest way to contact Emotiva for me. Not to mention english is not my native language, so to put it in writing helps narrow down the possibility of misunderstandings. However I understand they all have a lot to do and I can wait a while longer. |

Just got an email from Emo. UMC ETA is April 15!  Either there were a 500 people on the second list or that the supplier can't crank these things fast enough. |

Hi,
Sorry about my first post being a bit of a moan, but I am one of those who signed up on the second list who hasn't heard anything yet I have a confirmation dated 30th Oct, I sent an email a week or so ago to request an update but have not had a reply yet, I was just wondering where i should go from here?

Just got an email from Emo. UMC ETA is April 15! Either there were a 500 people on the second list or that the supplier can't crank these things fast enough. Look at it this way, not many people look forward to April 15th, but you can.  |

Cheers Foozoo It's just a waiting game. I was on the phone with them about something else and asked for an ETA and was told I'd get an e-mail when it was close. They have marketing reasons to keep this info close to the vest so all you can do is wait until they contact you. It may take till June to get through the pre-orders and it may not. |

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, I guess i can wait a bit longer ( being British queuing is what we do best ) It does hurt a bit though when theres so many people getting shipping dates that have ordered way after my date, and with the XMC being touted for June/July the UMC may fall of my list anyway, I put my name down for that last June, and was expecting to get about a year out of the UMC before upgrading.

Call them in the morning, or whatever time works for you. Talk to Cathy, she handles the international stuff. They might not give you a date but will confirm if you are on the list.

Well, I just got an email with an estimated ship date of 4/15 and that the CC email would come 10-14 days before the ship date. I signed up on the 2nd list around 1/10/10. I'm not sure if they know that I'm an upgrader, I don't remember there being any way to indicate that during the sign-up. At a minimum I guess I now know that I'm officially on the list. As best as I can tell this email was not a direct response to the one I sent asking for confirmation...

It appears that the entire 2nd preorder list will be cleared on 4/15.
I signed up for the 2nd preorder list the day before it closed and just recieved an email saying my shipment will be 4/15.

Yep... I got my e-mail regarding 4/15 ship date too. I signed-up mid-January 2010.
I'm sure all the firmware issues will be worked-out by then!!! <I hope>

uh oh.....I got two emails giving 4/15 as the ship date. I replied to one of them asking if it was a duplicate and now I am on the list a third time.
If anyone at Emotiva is reading this......I want only 1 unit....
