Actually I'm looking for a good deal on an Onkyo Pro PR-SC5507P Surround Processor, and I got the XPA-2 and XPA-5 coming! So I'll be all separates very soon. * But this deal is simply amazing, I think that I will go for it, nothing to loose here, right?

Sounds like a good deal... Seriously, I have a hard time letting go of my "old" recievers. But my garage and kid's rooms have nice setups now.

Didn't you just get a 906 that you said you did not need? It sounds like the last thing you need is another AVR. However, like Rather said , if you can flip it for a profit then go for it. Is it always a good deal just because the price is great? This is a tough economy right now and, getting an AVR is an expense that many can't afford . It is like my room mate, he has over 400,000 baseball cards worth alot of money if, he could find someone to pay the price. Like I said before since, you have an XPA 2 and, XPA 5 on the way. Sell a couple of those AVRs or don't buy another and, use the money you save to buy a nice pre/pro. For, $1599 US you can get a brand new 5507 .IMO, you are just making side steps not moving up.

Its funny, I'll think about wanting or maybe purchasing something and then a few days later Rich is posting pictures of it in house. I was in the navy too, maybe I should have stayed in...

I actually just purchased the RX-Z11 a couple weeks ago. Build quality and feature set are top notch. There aren't many 11 channel receivers on the market so if this is the direction you wish to take your HT, I'd seriously consider it. For anyone else that is interested, NewEgg runs a Saturday special on this unit for $1,799.99 however last I heard they only had 7 units available. $1,500 is a really great deal.

I imagine that there are some really good ones in there. Doug

He says this one is worth so much and, I always say if, you can find someone to buy it for that price. And, he thinks I'm fanatical about audio!
