Sorry all - no graphs yet, I was drained at the weekend. Chuckie, they do like a bit of break-in alright.

Chuckienut I am happy to learn you are enjoying the ERM-6.3 speaker right out of the box. IIRC, they sound very good even before having any break-in time, but give them another forty to fifty hours and they improve. That big smile on your face will coninue to get bigger and bigger as time passes. Just wait to you have a stereo pair to listen to...

Do the mirrors have to be directional? Would they benefit from some Dakiom feedback stabilizers? Can I use a regular mirror for the subwoofer or do I need a submirror?

Forget Planters mixed nuts (might be three cashews if you can find them among all the peanuts) and buy the Kirkland house brand mixed nut 40 oz plastic container form Costco. It is loaded with cashews!
Take it from a nut!

Kirkland mixed nuts don't even have any peanuts.. they all go to Planters. That jar from Kirkland is the only thing more nuts than you are. ;D

Nuts are extremely healthy with heart beneficial fat (just be careful because they are high in calories). I eat about 1.5 ounces (approx 260 cal) of Costco's mixed nuts each day as part of my Mediterranean heart diet. One day I had run out of nuts and it was after Costco closing hours. When in the local supermarket I bought a can of Planters mixed nuts. On the can it said: "Less Than 50% Peanuts." Oh no I thought, I might be stupid but I'm no dummy! When I open the can at home it shouted out to me: "welcome to peanut city." I almost had to get out my magnifying glass and flashlight to find anything other than peanuts. Consumer Reports (I think it was them) recently did a count and discovered that Planters had apparently become wise to all the complaints. They discovered that there were 49.99% (I might be exaggerating here just a hair) peanuts in a can of Planters Mixed Nuts. Nuts to you! www.cockeyed.com/inside/nuts/nuts.html

I likely consume more nuts than I should. About 3oz of walnuts daily. Sometimes I switch-out to almonds. Occasionally peanuts. Cashews are my fav but they also have the most fat.

I'm personally addicted to pistachios, if only these nut manufacturers would offer a "lightly" salted bag of pistachio's, as the sodium content in many of our favorite nuts totally ruin the health benefit. Oh yeah, this thread title has the word "Review", where is it? ;D

A bit more expensive but no filberts or whatever those big toe nuts are!! Wonderful..............
Review #2-- Pistachios, Yes!!! Growing up, we used to get the red ones in the cans. Food coloring the shells??? hmmm. Oh but they were so good...........

Almonds and walnuts are especially healthy. I love cashews too but their reputation is unfounded. They have about the same calories as almonds and a little less than walnuts. Were you talking about fat or calories? They actually have less fat than almonds and walnuts. Not only do cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts, approximately 65% of their fat is unsaturated fatty acids, plus 90% of this unsaturated fatty acid content is oleic acid, the same heart-healthy monounsaturated fat found in olive oil. Screw the ERM-6.3 talk this is lots of fun! Doctor Nut ;D

I grew up with tubes I'm so old. You mean the ones that were in TV's? I remember very fondly of having to open up the back of the TV and taking all the tubes down to the drug store to test in the tube tester. Wow, those were the good old days. ;D (There are folks now days that still want tubes in their amps, yikes! I hope they last longer than the ones in our TV.) Yes and in the Stereo 70 amp and a Fisher receiver before that. I hated it when a tube would burn out, don't know if I ever want a tube amp again although one for my headphones is tempting.

I like all nuts, including ChuckieNUT! Is peanut really bad for you? Planters 'lightly salted' peanuts and peanut butter has been my staples for years. My cholesterol is 188 despite my voracious appetite for southern fried chicken (I eat this in the absence of my wife though). I can't even touch the darn fried chicken while we're on a cruise. Yap, yap, yappity, yap! I don't take this crap thopugh when it comes to a good steak. She acquiesces by neccessity.
