Yes, that is right. This thread will be about the XSP-1.

I know you all have been patiently awaiting more information and for that I apologize.. but I must say it's been really difficult trying to get the only XSP-1 we have running around the building to sit down and pose for a shoot (he's kind of a hot head).. but today I managed it.

So - I just wanted to let you know that I am editing a couple of the preliminary photos I from got today and I will post them here later tonight. I was only able to get a couple because he apparently has other 'very important business' to take care of with Lonnie and Nick - whatever that means. Nonetheless, I did make Mr. XSP-1 promise me an interview for later this week, where I hope to ask some good questions, maybe get some more detailed specs and features out of the thing. And who knows, if things goes well he might even let me have a look inside, possibly even take photos (risqué, I know), but lets not get our hopes up too high about that right now

Again, sorry for the delay - we want everything to be perfect before unmasking this guy to the world ;D

That is good news!!! If Mr. XSP becomes camera shy, please don't withhold the specs and features write up. Pictures are nice, but specs and features are the meat and potatoes... don't let us starve while waiting for the gravy (the pics) to be made. ;D

I'm a newbie to this forum and also, the proud new owner of a pair of XPA-1s and the USP-1....this XSP-1 you speak of, is it a pre-amp ?

Nope, not for awhile, sorry. There are strict age requirements here at Emo - we like for the gear to have a relatively normal childhood before introducing them to all the publicity.

Nope, not for awhile, sorry. There are strict age requirements here at Emo - we like for the gear to have a relatively normal childhood before introducing them to all the publicity.

Yes, it's the next generation pre-amp (a step up from the USP-1) - specs and features to follow this week..

Dang....I just bough the USP-1 last week.... I would of used my Sp10 MKII pre-amp until then if I knew...hate when that happens

All Emotiva gear comes with a 30-day trial period. If you really want the new XSP-1 you can return the USP-1 no questions asked. Depending on how soon the XSP-1 is released, you may even get a chance to compare the two units first hand before your evaluation period expires. Decisions, decisions... ;D
