I was able to update using this method, except I had to borrow a Lenovo running Win7. Could not get it to work with a Mac running Win under Boot Camp.

I can't seem to find this file anymore. I have the other two but missing this one. Can someone supply a link to it?

I tried to update today (just got the unit--sounded fantastic but was running .00 firmware) and threw and overtime error following the instructions currently on the UMC page (to the letter).
Now I can't get it to update, and when I try to turn the unit on it hangs on the Loading...... screen (it will power cycle itself a couple times, but then it just hangs).
Is there a remote solution to this or will I need to send it in?

An email to the service dept confirmed that I should send it in--no further need for recommendations.
