amazing.....it was always in my plans to upgrade to BIG power. The timing, like usual, couldn't be worse for me (wife had her job cut 50% last month)....so, I won't be able to grab one of these unless things get sorted in short order. That said, this is a crazy deal....I almost want to order one and get it shipped to the office so as to not "get in trouble". ROFL. If I put my three Adcoms up on eBay, I can probably get 2/3 of the way there (535L, 545mkII and 7607).

Big Dan's input on the Sherbourn wind-down in another thread says all Sherbourn clearance items carry 5 year transferable warranty. According to the press release and the Sherbourn website the warranties remain the same. The PA7350 would retain its 10 year warranty. |

Press release says "existing" 10 year warranties remain in effect. Suspect the website hasn't been updated and may never be given what is taking place. From the "Emotiva-Sherbourn Merger" thread, go check it out, Big Dan said 5 hours ago: Just to be absolutely clear... If you purchased originally with a 10 year warranty, this does not change. Wow, wow - thanks Big Dan. Just ordered one of these babies while the gittin is good!!! . Brand new here but have been lurking for weeks ..Building HT for 12 year old granddaughter ..I read the post and couldn't say no ..a little scared of learning curve . Has been many years since last system ..I already got her an onk 818. And rti 9 plus csi 6 and fxi 6 .. Panny zt 65 ..one reason I pulled the trigger .. Still have a PA -7 nachmichi ..I know one thing has nothing to do with the other .. I just thought the amp was speaking to me ..I know in the coming weeks I will have questions .. |

And I think it's a very smart business move for Emo to do this. Good for them, I'll be a happy new owner of the 2 pieces of gear.

Congrats man, I'm upset that I could have had the PT-7030 and PA 7-350 for $200 more than what i paid for the PT-7030 and PA 7-150, but I'm sure I have enough power anyways especially that I only use 3 channels of the amp when watching movies, 2 other channels are for the outdoor speakers and 2 channels are unused  , but still the PA 7-350 is one desirable amp for $999. |

Well got me with this... Was planning on going digital but this is a no brainer. One 7-350 going to Germany, replacing a Sherwood AM-9080 paired with an UMC-200.
Still deciding if I leave 2 channels unused or BiAmp my front speakers... :-D
